Built-to-Order Products:
All built-to-order products are meticulously crafted according to your specifications. Due to their personalized nature, built-to-order products are non-returnable, except in the case of damage upon arrival. We encourage you to review your specifications carefully before placing your order to ensure accuracy.
Standard Products:
Similarly, standard products available on our website are also non-returnable, except in the case of damage upon arrival.
Damaged Products:
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to initiate the return process. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the damaged product must be returned to us for inspection. Upon verification of the damage, we will gladly offer a refund or initiate the rebuilding process at no additional cost to you.
Return Procedure:
- Contact us at info@jackfabs.com within 7 days of receiving your product to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order details and a description of the issue you encountered.
- We will guide you through the return process, including any necessary documentation and shipping instructions.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund or replacement.
Exclusions:
Please note that our return policy does not cover:
Damage caused by improper use, installation, or handling of the product.
Normal wear and tear.
Products that have been modified or altered in any way.

Shipping Timeframe:
- Built-to-Order Products: The production time for built-to-order products is typically 7-14 business days from the date of order placement. Please note that this timeframe includes the fabrication process and does not account for shipping transit time.
- Standard Products: For other products available on our website, the shipping timeframe is also 7-14 business days from the date of order placement.
Business Hours:
Our business operates from Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders received outside of our business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website using the provided tracking information.

N54 Single Turbo Kit for BMW 335i(x) E9x Chassis
The JackFab Single Turbo Kit comes with manifold that utilizes the stock twin turbo manifold collectors that have been cut down to create the single turbo log manifold.
This kit fits both AWD and RWD chassis with N54 engines, ensuring the best fitment while keeping all parts of your coolant and hot parts system away from the manifold (no more burning coolant or oil lines).

- 304l sch10 stainless steel log manifold Tig welded and back purged
- Pulsar turbo 3582/3584
- Pulsar waste-gate 45mm
- Charge pipe with turbo coupler & clamps
- JackFab oil feed supplied as well as lines. You will have to order the front and rear billet -6an coolant feed, rear oil block off, oil drain fitting from rb turbo.
- custom coolant pipe silicone coupler/clamps (choose option)
- 3” Single exit down pipe (can’t use stock exhaust) made with Stainlessbros stainless steel.
- Waste gate exhaust dump (vibrant material).
This turbo kit is made to order, with approximately 4–8 week lead times.

JackFab offers a lifetime warranty against cracking of the manifold. After years of heat cycles, cracking is possible but unlikely. JackFab will either repair or replace the manifold.
