At JackFabs, we strive to provide you with exceptional products crafted with precision and care. We understand that occasionally issues may arise, and we are committed to addressing them promptly and efficiently. Please review our return policy outlined below:
Built-to-Order Products:
All built-to-order products are meticulously crafted according to your specifications. Due to their personalized nature, built-to-order products are non-returnable, except in the case of damage upon arrival. We encourage you to review your specifications carefully before placing your order to ensure accuracy.
Standard Products:
Similarly, standard products available on our website are also non-returnable, except in the case of damage upon arrival.
Damaged Products:
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to initiate the return process. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the damaged product must be returned to us for inspection. Upon verification of the damage, we will gladly offer a refund or initiate the rebuilding process at no additional cost to you.
Return Procedure:
- Contact us at info@jackfabs.com within 7 days of receiving your product to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order details and a description of the issue you encountered.
- We will guide you through the return process, including any necessary documentation and shipping instructions.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund or replacement.
Exclusions:
Please note that our return policy does not cover:
Damage caused by improper use, installation, or handling of the product.
Normal wear and tear.
Products that have been modified or altered in any way.

Shipping Timeframe:
- Built-to-Order Products: The production time for built-to-order products is typically 7-14 business days from the date of order placement. Please note that this timeframe includes the fabrication process and does not account for shipping transit time.
- Standard Products: For other products available on our website, the shipping timeframe is also 7-14 business days from the date of order placement.
Business Hours:
Our business operates from Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders received outside of our business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website using the provided tracking information.

JackFabs heavy duty aluminum framed canvas dog ramps were built with intentions of helping and preserving your dogs joints and health.
Now any age dog can get in and out of vehicles, boats, campers or anything that’s too high for your dog to jump or for you to lift.
We first came up with this design for my father in law’s Labs who kennel in the bed of the truck to go to bird events. Then our German Shepherd Rosie joined our family and we found a new need. She quickly grew to 70lbs in under a year and it was always a pain to get her to either jump in the back seat of the truck or have my girlfriend or myself lifting her, it becomes a lot on your back no matter what age you might be. So “Rosie’s Ramps” was born.
This light weight design is constructed from channeled square aluminum, 1/8” aluminum plate for backers and completely TIG Welded.
The Bullet 1000 canvas is a heavy duty boat canvas. It is Rugged high strength, mid weight and water resistant, good in all weather conditions. It comes in charcoal grey and wood land camo.
We sew teflon cord to insert the canvas on the sides of the aluminum frame and then it is riveted in place on the top and bottom backer so it can’t move down.
We use marine grade carpet in the center on the canvas it adds traction and makes it easy to clean being water resistant and UV stabilized. Comes in sand and grey
The canvas doesn’t go all the way down the aluminum frame by design so you can stick the legs in water, mud, or dirt if needed.
To clean just spray off with the hose and air dry. Use mild soap and water if needed.
Offering these in a couple different sizes and will take request for custom sizes and a couple different options for canvas. (More coming soon)
The 60” (5ft) fits under the back seat of our truck.
The 78” (6ft) fits great in the bed of trucks.
