Built-to-Order / On Sale Products:
All built-to-order / On Sale products are meticulously crafted according to your specifications. Due to their personalized nature, built-to-order products & Products on sale are non-returnable, except in the case of damage upon arrival. We encourage you to review your specifications carefully before placing your order to ensure accuracy.

Standard Products:
Similarly, standard products available on our website are also non-returnable, except in the case of damage upon arrival.

Damaged Products:
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to initiate the return process. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the damaged product must be returned to us for inspection. Upon verification of the damage, we will gladly offer a refund or initiate the rebuilding process at no additional cost to you.
