- Built-to-Order Products: All JackFabs products are custom-fabricated to order. Please allow 10–15 business days for fabrication before your order ships and tracking information is provided. During high-volume periods, lead times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience — every part is built with care in-house.Please note that this timeframe includes the fabrication process and does not account for shipping transit time.
- Standard Products: For other products available on our website, the shipping timeframe is also 7-14 business days from the date of order placement.
Business Hours:
Our business operates from Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders received outside of our business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website using the provided tracking information.
