Built-to-Order Products:
All built-to-order products are meticulously crafted according to your specifications. Due to their personalized nature, built-to-order products are non-returnable, except in the case of damage upon arrival. We encourage you to review your specifications carefully before placing your order to ensure accuracy.

Standard Products:
Similarly, standard products available on our website are also non-returnable, except in the case of damage upon arrival.

Damaged Products:
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to initiate the return process. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the damaged product must be returned to us for inspection. Upon verification of the damage, we will gladly offer a refund or initiate the rebuilding process at no additional cost to you.

Return Procedure:

1. Built-to-Order Products: The production time for built-to-order products is typically 7-14 business days from the date of order placement. Please note that this timeframe includes the fabrication process and does not account for shipping transit time.
2. Standard Products: For other products available on our website, the shipping timeframe is also 7-14 business days from the date of order placement.

Business Hours:
Our business operates from Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders received outside of our business hours will be processed on the next business day.
